Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all 1528 SMART Pinoy subscribers.
   
   
2. To qualify, subscribers must write their name, address, contact number, and HK ID number on a piece of paper and enclose in a white envelope together with any used 1528 SMART Pinoy RVs worth $200.
   
   
3. Entries can be dropped in drop boxes at:
   
   1528 SMART Pinoy Center Shop 109, Amazing Communications Shop 140, All Uniwide Stores;
   
   HK: Filmart 1, Filmart 2, Manong Manang, Pinoy One Stop, Gabriel David’s & Winnicel
   KLN: Kau Kee, Lucky Star, Rainbow & Kalahi
   NT: Sikat’z, Lee Trading, Yardstick, Yagui’s, Mad’s, Noypi & G’Zee
   
   
4. Monthly draws will be held at 1528 SMART Pinoy Center Shop 109 on 19 October, 16 November, 21 December 2008 and 18 January 2009.
   
   
5. Non-winning entries of the current monthly draw will be carried over to the succeeding monthly draws.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only new 1528 SMART Pinoy RV50 and RV100 are valid as entries.
   
   
2. Prizes are non-convertible to cash or to any products and/or services of 1528 SMART Pinoy.
   
   
3. Prizes should be claimed within 2 months after the last draw. Unclaimed prizes after 18 March 2009 shall be forfeited.
   
   
4. Promo period is from 15 September 2008 to 15 January 2009.
   
   
5. PLDT (HK) Ltd reserves the right to final decision in case of disputes.
